I've never really been one to self promote on Facebook as much as i probably should.. So, in efforts to be a bit more pro active I am going to do daily posts of some past releases that you might have missed, while i cook up the new stuff to share soon! This one is a remix for the lovely Natasha Kmeto
A really nice piece in The Columbia University Film Journal on my father who passed away less than a month ago.
Hey Ya'll I know I've been gone for a minute.. Just been dealing with all the stuff life throws at you. Wanted to share a snippet of upcoming works from my "LACE BLACK" beat tape which is currently circulating on the low to various Rappers and Singers. The beat tape is geared to MC's and Vocalists. Hit me up my management: email@example.com if you're looking for tracks and have a budget. Serious inquiries only. Cheers!!!! More soon! Blessings!
You may notice that I haven't much been on Facebook much or been exactly active in my music career these last couple of months. Its been a heavy yet beautifully inspirational time.
On Saturday July 5th, we held an incredible memorial for my father. The amount of people who attended and shared their love for my dad was overwhelming. Stories were shared, photo montages, close friends as well people we had not seen in years. Afterwards we held a party in his honor and toasted to his life accomplishments which beyond the body of work he leaves behind, includes his family, his kind, gentle, humble demeanor and his humanitarian efforts. Most of all, a loving man who taught us so much without even trying. Thank you to the Los Angeles Times and Variety for this Obituary. Dad, you reminded us that we never fully understand how many people you touch in this life until we are gone. Every moment or conversation you share with another human being leaves an impact. Make it a positive one. I love you dad and I treasure all that you did for us!! You're spirit lives on within us now!

REST IN PEACE & POWER. My father Micheal Henry Wilson. 1946-2014. He passed last night in the arms of his children and wife at home. I held his hand and rubbed his chest as he took his final breaths and transitioned to the other side. Sat with his body as the soul left it. My heart is so heavy right now, my eyes so filled with tears. I love you dad!! You had the kindest most gentle spirit, and we will miss you so much! I know that you were called to a higher cause. You graduated from this plane onto the next. Please watch over us and send us signs when you can, I'll be like an antenna, ready to receive your signals however you send them. I promise to uphold your honor and carry on your legacy forever. Thank you for all of the incredible gifts you passed on to me. I love you always!! Rest in Peace
My birthday shenanigans last night. Thank you my friends!!
